At Ideal Trader Luggage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. This helps us maintain the quality standards of our products and provide a fair return process for all customers.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and labels. Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, are damaged after delivery, or have missing parts or accessories. Customized or altered products also cannot be returned. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered was defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Refunds & Processing

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method. In case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Refunds will not include any delivery charges, customs, or taxes incurred during shipping.
